All RAN's are valid for ten days and must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Without an RAN, your shipment cannot be accepted at our warehouse. We recommend that you ship the products being returned via Aust Post, Couriers or other shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance, as The Presentation Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. Please enclose a note explaining why you are making the return and indicating how you would like for us to handle it (replacement, refund, etc). A copy of the original packing slip must be included with all returns. Please pack your return carefully, preferably in its original packaging, to ensure that it arrives safely at our warehouse. | | | | If you received damaged item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise. In the case you do not report the damaged merchandise within the 48 hours window, the merchandise is not returnable. If your merchandise was damaged in transit on its way to your location, first call the carrier (Aust Post or Couriers) immediately to report the damage, and then call us to arrange for an immediate replacement or refund.
